Help AG, an information security services, consultancy and solutions provider in the Middle East, has become a Middle East platinum partner for cyber exposure company Tenable. Two years after signing its reseller agreement with Tenable, Help AG has incorporated the vendor’s cyber exposure solutions into its security architecture, leveraging the technology within its cyber security operations centre (CSOC) to enhance the capabilities of its managed vulnerability scanning (MVS) service.

Stephan Berner, CEO at Help AG, said: “We are especially proud of our unique status with Tenable which reflects the value we have been able to consistently deliver to customers through the course of our partnership. This achievement stands as an assurance to customers that when they select Help AG for their Tenable deployment, they will receive the most comprehensive and qualified support through every stage of the solution lifecycle.”

The elevated platinum status, as part of the Tenable Assure partner programme, recognises Help AG’s value and pipeline contributions, and commitment to technical excellence through investments in Tenable’s training and certification programme.

John Negron, chief revenue officer at Tenable, said: “Today’s corporate environments are dynamic and boundaryless, thanks to new technology such as cloud, IoT and containers. This complexity introduces new cyber risk that simply can’t be addressed with traditional security approaches. It’s important that we select the most reputable partners to join our cyber exposure mission, helping us improve the security posture of customers around the world. We’re excited to add Help AG to our roster of elite Tenable Assure partners.”

Berner added: “Continuous visibility is an absolute necessity in uncovering these vulnerabilities as without the right tools, security gaps go undiscovered, leading to their potential exploitation by attackers. This is why Help AG has been leveraging, the world’s first cyber exposure platform to protect any asset on any computing platform, helping its customers address the security challenges of the modern attack surface.”
